The journey from Iloilo City to Guimaras by boat typically takes around 15 to 20 minutes.

By Sea

The most common way to reach Guimaras is by sea. Ferries and pump boats operate regularly between Iloilo City and Guimaras, with several departure points in Iloilo City, including Ortiz Wharf, Parola Wharf, and Lapuz Wharf. The boat ride to Guimaras usually takes around 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the departure point and type of vessel.

By Car / Bus

If you're traveling from other parts of the Philippines, such as Manila or Cebu, you can reach Iloilo City by land transportation. Several bus companies offer daily trips to Iloilo City from various cities and provinces across the country.

Once in Iloilo City, you can take a taxi or drive your own car to one of the departure points for boats bound for Guimaras. If you prefer to drive, you can also bring your vehicle to Guimaras via the roll-on/roll-off (RORO) ferry service, which operates between Iloilo City and Jordan, Guimaras.
